- What is the required documents to apply for SAB Business Card?
The company first must apply for opening a Business Card Account with SAB and SAB will be authorized to issue Business Cards to the employees of the company as per authorized person’s request.

You can activate your card simply through SAB SME contact center on 800 124 5666.
- Can I make online purchases with SAB Business Card?
Yes, you can make any transaction type through your card either online or through POS.
- The OTP generated from the token is invalid?
Please check whether you have entered the correct OTP. If the problem continues, you need to deactivate the token from the settings and register again during login process.
- What if I reinstalled the app or don’t have access to my old activated token?
You can register a token to your device by login and activate the token. During the process, you can also delink the old token if not required anymore.
- Can I use new device for token?
Yes, you can register a token to your new device by login and activate the token. During the process, you can also delink the old token if not required anymore.
- What is Mudad auto-upload service?
Mudad auto-upload service authorizes the Bank to upload the WPS return file on behalf of the Customer (establishment) to Mudad platform.
- Is Mudad auto file upload a mandatory service?
Mudad auto file upload is not a mandatory service. Customer has the option to opt-in for this service.
- What are the prerequisites for subscription for Mudad service?
UNN- Unified National Number should be updated in Bank records
MOL ID- Ministry of Labour ID should be input correctly while uploading the WPS file for processing
- What are the charges for availing the Mudad auto-upload service?
The charges are§100 + VAT per file successfully uploaded to Mudad platform. If the WPS return file upload to Mudad fails, then charges will not be applicable.
- What is the customer’s responsibility?
The customer representative who are responsible for sending the instructions for WPS service should check the status in the Bank Channel & similarly on the Mudad platform on the 5th working day from the date of successful WPS processing to ensure the WPS return file is uploaded successfully.
- What is the customer’s responsibility post successful upload of WPS return file?
Customer representative needs to login to Mudad platform on the 5th working day from the date of successful WPS processing and ensure to attend and resolve any compliance queries raised by Mudad on the WPS return file submitted by the Bank via direct integration to Mudad portal.
- Whom to reach in case of technical issue highlighted on Mudad platform for the WPS return file submitted?
For any support from banks if there are any technical rejections in the WPS return file submitted to Mudad platform kindly reach out to your RM as per current process.
- What if the upload of the WPS return file to Mudad has failed?
Company needs to download the return file from the Bank E-Channel and upload it manually as per current process.
- Do I still get a copy of the uploaded WPS file to Mudad through the bank?
Yes, WPS return files will be available in SAB iCorp Channel for the customer to download.
- Can I unsubscribe from Mudad service?
Yes, you can unsubscribe the Mudad service, you contact your RM to get the form to unsubscribe Mudad service.
- My establishment has already registered with Mudad; do I need to register again for this integration?
Even if an establishment has registered previously with Mudad, Customer willing to avail the auto upload feature are required to subscribe to this service from bank.
- Are there any charges for subscription to Mudad auto-upload via the Bank?
There are no subscription charges for Mudad auto-upload feature, customer will be only charged if the service is utilized at the time of submission of the WPS file for processing.
- What is Payroll service?
Payroll is the compensation an establishment (employer) should pay to its employees in line with the contract between them (employee and employer). This is generally paid on a given date of the month. This is also synonymously referred to as WPS or Wages Protection System.
- What are the prerequisites for subscription for Payroll service?
The establishment should have an active account with bank.
- What is the establishment’s responsibility on submitting the WPS file for processing?
The Customer is responsible to upload the WPS file to the bank’s eChannel (SAB iCorp) for processing with the correct payroll details for each employee. Kindly ensure to upload the file 1 business day prior to the required payroll credit date and maintain sufficient balance in the account.
- Can I submit the WPS file on the same day value to the bank for processing?
Yes, Customers can submit the same day value WPS file to the bank for processing. However, this feature should be enabled on the profile and the file upload should be done prior to the same day value cut off time or else same day value will not be available at the time of upload.
- Does the Bank charge any additional fees for same day value WPS file processing?
Currently it is same as for future value dated transactions. (refer below to Q.10 for charges related information)
- What is the cut off time for submitting the same day value WPS file?
The request needs to be submitted and approved on the e-Channel prior to 2:00 Pm KSA Time to be processed on same day.
- What is the cut off time for submitting the future day value WPS file?
Request should be approved in the channel before 2:30 Pm KSA time for processing the future dated files.
- When can I get the WPS return files for submission to Mudad?
Customers (establishment) can download the WPS return files from the e-Channel of the bank. The WPS return file is generated and available for download within 5 working days from the date of submission of the WPS files for processing.
- Can I unsubscribe from Payroll service?
Yes, you can unsubscribe the Payroll service by contacting your RM or send a request to bank for cancellation of the service.

- Who is eligible for a SAB SME Debit Card?
Anyone with a commercial registration is eligible for a SAB SME Debit Card.
- What if I have a personal account with SAB?
As per our policy states for the Customer’s Privacy, we can’t re-use your personal information from the personal account, and you will need to open your business account, Apply Now.
- Is SAB SME Debit Card Sharia-compliant product?
Yes, all SAB Cards are aligned with Sharia laws.
- How do I activate my Debit Card?
You can activate your card simply through SAB’s digital channels (SAB Phone, and SAB ATMs).
- Can I set daily limits?
Yes, the option to configure daily limits is available on a daily and monthly basis.
- Can I deposit Cash using my card
Yes, definitely using any SAB ATM cash deposit machine.
- Can I change the daily purchase limit later?
Yes, you can increase and decrease your daily purchase limit at a later stage.
- What is the daily transaction limit for online payments?
The card is issued with a daily online payment limit of§10,000 as a minimum and the customer may increase it to a maximum of§50,000 . The customer can also choose a daily limit from the following options:

- Can I set my daily purchase limit at less than§20,000 ?
No, the minimum daily purchase limit is§20,000 .
- Does this service apply to international purchases?
Yes, the service covers international and local purchases.
- Can I make online purchases with SAB SME Debit Card?
Yes, you can make any transaction type through your card either online or through POS.
- Does the customer have to activate the Online Payment feature before making online purchases?
The feature will be automatically enabled when the customer activates their SAB MADA Debit Card.
- Can the customer deactivate/activate the Online Payment feature?
Yes, they can through the electronic channels offered by SAB. Additionally, the customer can activate/deactivate the feature through SAB’s digital channels (SAB Phone, and SAB ATMs).
- Can I pay invoices and utilities with SAB SME Debit Card?
Yes, you can pay invoices and utilities with SAB SME Debit Card.
- Can I withdraw cash from my SME Debit card?
Yes, and the cash withdrawal limit is§5000 per day.
- Does the limit increase also apply for ATM cash withdrawals?
No, the limit increase applies to point-of-sale and e-com purchases.
- Can I add my SAB SME Debit Card to Apple Pay and MADA Pay
Yes, you can add your card to Apple Pay and MADA Pay through the SAB Corporate Portal.
- Can I increase my daily limit for point-of-sale purchases made with my SAB SME Debit Card?
Yes, you can now increase your daily limit for point-of-sale purchases made with your SAB SME Debit Card to§200,000 . The minimum daily purchase limit isSAR 20,000 .
