Yes, a customer can withdraw the amount in the Waafer Account before the term is over and will be entitled to 50% of the accrued profit.
- 8. Can a customer change the amount of the monthly deposit or date of deposit after opening the Wafer Account?
No, this is chosen upon account opening and will be automated for all subsequent deposits for the tenor of the Waafer Account. If the customer needs to change the deposit amount or date of deposit, they will need to either open an additional Waafer account (for new contributions) or close and create a new Waafer account if they wish to reduce the contribution amount.
- 9. What If a customer doesn’t have sufficient balance in their servicing account to meet the monthly deposit amount?
The system will automatically attempt to deduct the monthly deposit from the servicing account with six attempts over six consecutive banking days. If unsuccessful, the Waafer account will be closed with all monthly deposits received returned to the customer's account plus 50% of the accrued Profit.

Yes, you can get a personal finance with salary guarantee or without it.

Yes, SAB allows Re-financing provided you have paid at least 20% of finance amount of your existing finance and the net finance amount is at least§10,000.

Yes, SAB allows customers to settle their finance before the maturity date. Upon the regulations the customer needs to pay the next three months profit as agreed earlier.

If you have forgotten everything, you need to call the call centre and follow the procedure.
- Where can I use the Card?
You can use your Card at around 37 million merchants around the world including KSA. You can also use it to make online purchases. When using your card in KSA, you must have sufficient balance in your§wallet. You can transfer any balances in your foreign currency wallets to the§wallet to use Umlaty at merchants or withdraw cash from ATMs locally. Please note foreign currency conversion rates apply.
- What happens when I use my SAB Umlaty Visa Card?
If you make a purchase at a merchant for USD, only your USD wallet will be debited, with no additional charges for currency conversion. This works for all foreign currency wallets. On the other-hand, if you make a purchase at a merchant for a non-wallet currency, your§wallet will be debited and will incur a conversion rate to the§wallet
- How do I add funds from another wallet if I run out of funds in my current wallet?
