Mr. Algwaiz has extensive qualifications and experience in banking operations, finance, credit, and general business management. He holds Board positions in Etihad Etisalat Co. (Mobily), Saudi Industrial Investments Co., Munajem Foods Co., and Agriculture & Livestock Investments Co (SALIC). He also chairs Blackrock (Saudi Arabia).

Previously, Mr. Algwaiz served as the Governor of the General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI), Board Director positions at Saudi Arabian Mining Co., National Company for Glass Industries (ZOUJAJ), National Industries Company (NIC), Banque Saudi Fransi, and Ajil Financial Services. Additionally, he has been Chairman of MasterCard International (Southwest Asia, ME, and Africa), Chairman of Royal Sun Alliance Insurance, Deputy CEO of Riyadh Bank, and Trading Division Head for Corporate Bank of Samba Financial Group.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from the University of Portland, USA, and he holds professional Citibank qualifications in Banking Operations, Corporate Finance and Credit.

Mr. Gulliver has more than 40 years of experience in international banking, having led several companies. He currently sits on the Board of Saudi Aramco, Jardine Matheson Holdings Ltd. and Maggie’s cancer charity. His previous positions include Executive Director and Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of HSBC Holding plc, Chairman of the Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation (2011-2018) and other executive roles at HSBC group from 1980 to 2018, as well as Board Director of Hong Kong Airport Authority, where he completed four years of service before retiring on 31 May 2023.

He holds a Master’s Degree from Oxford University. 

Mr. Powell has over 43 years of senior management experience in the banking sector, specializing in financial services and risk management.

He served in senior executive roles at National Westminster Bank PLC and the Royal Bank of Scotland PLC from 1998 to 2016 with his last role within that bank being the Chief Risk Officer for the Capital Resolution Division. He was a Board and Executive Committee Member of Alawwal Bank between June 2017 and 2019 and joined the Board of SAB in the middle of 2019.  He holds an ACIB qualification from the Chartered Institute of Bankers.

Mr. Thomas has extensive experience in capital markets, debt and trade finance, commodities, payments, and hedging across developed and emerging markets. His expertise covers risk, product and coverage roles in all client sectors.

Mr. Thomas currently holds the position of Chief Risk and Compliance Officer of MENAT for HSBC Bank Middle East Ltd. Before this, he held the role of Head of Global Banking MENAT for HSBC Bank Middle East Ltd and had also served as Global Co-Head of Public Sector Banking for HSBC Holdings Plc in the UK.

Mr Thomas is a non-executive member of the Board of HSBC Saudi Arabia.

Prior to joing HSBC Mr Thomas held various leadership positions within Barclays Bank, ABN AMRO Bank and the Royal Bank of Scotland in Europe and the Middle East.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics and Accounting from the University of Southampton.

Mr. Al-Muhaidib serves as the Chief Financial Officer at ACWA Power. With more than 14 years’ experience in ACWA Power, Mr. Al Muhaidib is a skilled leader having held several positions in both project execution and corporate finance.

During the initial years of his career within the Group, Abdulhameed worked in Corporate Finance and served several roles in Project boards and committees, including NOMAC. Abdulhameed was then primarily involved in managing projects under execution in the UAE, including Noor Energy 1, which is the world largest CSP project.

Before joining the company, he worked at HSBC Middle East / Saudi Arabia in Global Investment Banking and Advisory. Abdulhameed served as board member, audit committee member and risk committee member in many organizations including HSBC Saudi Arabia, Saudi Arabian British Bank (SABB), Tadawul Group, Savola Group and several ACWA Power subsidiaries.

Mr. Al-Muhaidib holds a BBA Finance Major from University of Miami as well as an MBA from Pepperdine University Graziadio School of Business and Management. He was also selected and completed KSA Leadership 2030 Program sponsored by HRH Mohammed bin Salman Foundation (MISK)

Lubna S. Olayan chairs the Board of Saudi Awwal Bank (SAB).

Ms. Olayan is also actively involved in the governance of The Olayan Group (TOG) through serving as Chair of the Executive Committee of Olayan Financing Company (OFC) – the holding company of TOG in MENA – Chair of the Corporate Board of Olayan Saudi Holding Company (OSHCO) – the operating entity of TOG in MENA – and Chair of the Shareholders Board of TOG.

In addition, Ms. Olayan is currently a member of several international advisory boards, including those of Akbank, Allianz SE, Bank of America, Hakluyt, and TotalEnergies. She is a Senior Advisor at Chatham House and sits on the Board of Directors of KAUST Investment Management Company (KIMC).

Mr. Alfadly has more than 23 years of experience in investment management, banking services, risk monitoring and governance across various financial and regulatory institutions. He is CEO of Hassanah Investment Company and chairs the National Medical Care Company, Maarif Holding, and Maárif Education and Training Company.

He formerly served as Chief of Staff and Senior Officer of the Central and Eastern Regions at SNB Capital Company, Vice President of Morgan Stanley (Saudi Arabia) and the Board at Almarai Company.

Mr. Alfadly holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from King Saud University and a Master’s Degree in Financial Economics from Boston University, USA. 

Eng. Alomran is an experienced business and investment professional. He is a Board member of Yanal Finance Company, Tarabot Investment and Development Company, as well as the Tourism Development Fund. He is also the General Manager of Omran Mohammad Al-Omran and Partners Investment Company and the Saudi Orix Leasing Company.

Previously, he has served on the Board of Director of Al-Rajhi Company for Cooperative Insurance, Saudi Arabia Credit Suisse, Saudi Telecom Company, Saudi Arabia Railways, Riyadh Chamber of Commerce, Civil Aviation Authority, and The National Agricultural Development Co. (NADEC).

Eng. Alomran holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from King Saud University in Riyadh and a Master of Science in Construction Engineering and Management from the University of South California, USA. 

Mr. Almaraj has significant experience in the fields of digital banking, investment banking, and business management. He is the CEO of Ila Bank and holds memberships in committees at King Fahd Causeway Authority, Bahrain Car Parks Company "Amakin" and Bank ABC Jordan.

Previously, he has served as the COO of Ila Bank and Vice President for Group Strategy at Arab Banking Corporation, including various positions at the family office in Bahrain, Corporate Advisory in Perella Weinberg Partners, New York and Arab Financial Services in Bahrain.

Mr. Almaraj holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a major in Finance and Accounting from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, USA.

Mr. Alaulaqi has over 35 years of experience in business management, banking, capital markets, international asset management and treasury across multiple regions. He is currently Chairman of the Board and CEO of Lakemore Partners. He sits on Lakemore’s Investment Committee and is responsible for setting the firm’s business and investment strategy. His previous roles include Chief Executive Officer and Board Member of SNB Capital Company, Chair of Saudi Tunisian Bank, Treasurer of SNB Bank, Board Director of Safanad, Alawwal Bank and The Company for Cooperative Insurance (Tawuniya).

Mr. Alaulaqi holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from King Abdulaziz University and an MBA in Finance from the University of Stirling, UK.

Mr. Assaf has previously served as Board Chairman of HSBC Middle East Ltd, and held Board Director positions at various HSBC entities worldwide, including HSBC Group Plc, HSBC Continental Europe, HSBC Asset Management Limited, HSBC Trinkhaus & Burkhardt AG, HSBC Egypt, and Global Financial Markets Association.

He holds a Bachelor of Finance from L'Institut d'Etudes Politiques in Paris, and Master’s Degrees in Economics from USJ in Lebanon and La Sorbonne University, Paris, France.

Mr. Cripps is the CEO and Managing Director of SAB, the leading international bank in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He also Chairs the ESG Saudi Banks Advisory Committee.

Before his current role, Tony Cripps was Chief Executive Officer of HSBC Singapore, the leading international bank in Singapore supporting retail, business, corporate and institutional banking customers through its network of local branches and offices.

Mr. Cripps has worked in banking for more than 30 years, with management roles in institutional banking, treasury, trading and sales businesses, transaction banking, information technology and operations. He was appointed to his current role in May 2021.

Mr. Rosha has over 34 years of financial and managerial experience primarily with HSBC Group, where he has held various leadership roles. Currently, he serves as the Co-Chief Executive of Asia and Middle East.  He is a member of HSBC’s Group Operating Committee and serves as Executive Director on the Board of The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited. He is responsible for leading the implementation of HSBC Group strategy across its Asia-Pacific and Middle East, North Africa and Türkiye franchise along with Co-Chief Executive. He is also an executive Director of HSBC Bank Malaysia Berhad.

Mr Rosha joined HSBC as a graduate trainee in 1991 and has since held several senior positions within the Global Banking & Markets business, including Head of Global Markets in Indonesia in 2005 and Head of Institutional Sales, Asia-Pacific in 2007. He was Chief Executive for HSBC India between 2018 and 2021, and prior to that he was Head of HSBC’s Financial Institutions Group (FIG) for Asia-Pacific. Mr. Rosha is a member of the Advisory Board of the Lee Kong Chian School of Business, Singapore Management University.

He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.

Tony Cripps was the Chief Executive Officer of HSBC Singapore, the leading international bank in Singapore supporting retail, business, corporate and institutional banking customers through its network of local branches and offices.

Tony has worked in banking for more than 30 years, with management roles in institutional banking, treasury, trading and sales businesses, transaction banking, information technology and operations. Tony was appointed to the Board of HSBC Singapore in 2016. He was also appointed as HSBC Group General Manager in 2016, before he  joined SAB as the Managing Director & CEO in May 2021.

Bandar Al-Gheshayan is the Chief Wealth & Personal Banking Officer since 9 May, 2022.

Bandar has more than 22 years of extensive experience in several sectors and 16 years in retail banking. He joined SAB in 2012 and has held various leadership positions, including Regional Head of Retail Banking and Chief Operating Officer, Chief Wealth & Personal Banking.

Bandar holds a Master’s degree in International Management from the University of Liverpool and attended various programmes in executive leadership and management from (London Business School, IMD, INSEAD and Cambridge).

Yasser Albarrak is the Chief Corporate and Institutional Banking Officer since 1 July 2022.

Yasser Al-Barrak was appointed to lead the corporate and institutional banking sector at SAB owing to his expertise and practical experience in the banking industry in the Kingdom spanning more than 18 years. Yasser joined SAB in 2012 and has held many leadership positions, the most recent being General Manager of Global Corporate and Institutional Banking since May 2019, and Co-Head of Global Banking from 2017 to 2019. Served also as Head of the Public Sector from 2013 to 2017.

He graduated from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals with a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems. He is a Board Member of SAB Invest Company, as well as HSBC Saudi Arabia Board of Directors.

Mohammed Al Shaikh has served as Chief Treasury and Investment Officer of SAB since 2019. Prior to his current role, he was the Treasurer of Alawwal Bank since 2012.

He has held various treasury roles at Samba Financial Group since 1994, with experience across cash management, sales, trading, and investments. His positions at Samba included Assistant General Manager, Treasury, and Treasurer of Samba London.

Mohammed holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from King Saud University and has completed executive programs at INSEAD Fontainebleau and the University of Oxford.

Khalid Ismail was appointed as the Chief Risk Officer in October 2022.

Khalid has worked in many banks over the years in different capacities holding management positions in Corporate banking and risk in several regions in the Kingdom. He worked as a Corporate Treasurer for one of the leading Saudi Corporations covering multiple asset classes across Public Equity, Private Equity, and Real Estate.

In addition to that, Khalid has held different board positions in companies in different sectors the last being an Independent Board Member and Chairman of the Audit Committee of MEDGULF Insurance company in 2018, Khalid joined Alawwal bank as Deputy Head of Corporate Banking.

Khalid graduated from Boston College with a Degree in Business Management and Accounting.

Rania has been the Chief Human Resources Officer since February 2022.

Rania is an accomplished HR Executive with over 10 years of experience in Human Resources. She started her professional journey in recruitment and talent management, and in 2014 progressed to a senior manager role in organizational development where she led several flagship programmes. In March 2018 she was appointed as the Head of HR in SABB Takaful until February 2020.

Rania holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Brunel University. London, United Kingdom. She also has several HR accreditations including CIPD, the Work-Life Certified Professional (WLCP) and Coaching Leader (CLP), as well as executive education from London Business School, INSEAD and Harvard University.

Saeed Assiri was appointed Chief Innovation Officer in May 2022.

Saeed Assiri has over 13 years of experience working across the Saudi banking sector, during which he held several leadership positions. He joined SAB in 2021 as Head of the Digital Strategy and Innovation Department, where he oversaw the development of the bank’s strategy for innovation and digital transformation.

He holds a master's degree in engineering and technology management from Portland State University, USA.

Abdullah Al-Qahtani was appointed as Chief Internal Auditor in July 2023.

Abdullah has 20 years of Internal Audit experience with companies like Saudi Aramco, Aramco Overseas Company in The Netherlands and lastly with Mobily. During his time with Saudi Aramco, he held various leadership positions, including Head of Downstream Audits, Head of Fraud Investigations Division and Head of Subsidiaries & JV Audits. During his three years’ tenure with Aramco Overseas Company, Abdullah held the Chief Internal Auditor position. Before joining SAB, Abdullah was the Senior Vice President of Assurance Audits in Mobily.

Abdullah holds a Bachelor degree in Accounting from Michigan State University as well as an MBA from the University of British Columbia.

Ali Al-Qahtani was appointed Chief Compliance Officer at SAB in April 2021.He joined SAB in 2013 and has held various compliance positions, the most recent being Deputy Chief Compliance Officer and Head of Financial Crime Compliance.

Ali has more than 22 years of in-depth experience and knowledge in Compliance and IT, in addition to his extensive experience in Financial Crimes, Fraud, internal control and IT project management. He had chaired number of banking committees in Compliance and Financial Crimes.

Ali Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law and a Diploma in Information Technology.

Ghada Al Jarbou is the Chief Operating Officer since October 2020. Ghada is a strong Saudi-talent leader and a youth professional with more than 22 years of diversified banking experience across different banking fields including Information Technology, Human Resources, Retail Banking & Wealth Management and Corporate and Institutional Banking. Throughout her career, she held various executive roles within SAB prior to her current recent including Senior IT Program Manager, Head of Service Delivery, Head of Retail Digital Banking and Retail Banking Chief Operating Officer, and recently the General Manager of Global Liquidity & Cash Management.

Ghada comes with a strong educational background where she holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from University of Bath, UK, and had her bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from King Saud University.

Faten Abalkhail, Chief Governance and Corporate Affairs Officer at SAB, is a seasoned banker with more than 26 years of experience with in-depth knowledge in planning, governance of strategic initiatives, execution, and process. She previously held various positions in Business, Operations, and Control functions including; Treasury, Retail, Strategy, and Finance groups. Faten was recently Head of Planning & Control in the Strategy and Finance function.

Faten Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Home Economics and Nutrition and a Diploma in Computer Sciences, Programming & Information Systems.

Faris Alshareef was appointed as Chief Strategy Officer in March 2021. Previously, he served as Deputy Chief Financial Officer, Head of Investor relations and other roles at SAB. Prior to joining SAB, Faris worked in reputable organizations such as Ernst & Young, General Electric and Bahri. He played important roles in areas such as financial planning and analysis, reporting and commercial finance.

Faris graduated from General Electric’s leadership program (CAS) and passed CPA exams. He holds MBA degree from London Business School (LBS) and bachelor’s degree in accounting from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM)

Lama Ghazzaoui was appointed Chief Financial Officer in  March 2021. She was the Chief Financial Officer at NCB for 8 years with a long and successful 24 year career. She is widely respected in the industry and has considerable experience in all aspects of accounting and finance for financial institutions.

Lama is a Bachelor of Science graduate from the Lebanese American University in 1996 in Accounting, and then obtained her CPA accreditation in 2001 from the State of Colorado, USA.

Musaifer AlOsaimi has been SAB Chief Information Officer since 2020. He has more than 26 years of experience in the banking and technology fields. He started his career in 1994 in the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority for more than 10 years within the Banking Technology department. In 2005, he joined SAB progressing through different roles in the Information Technology department like the Head of Payment Channels and the Head of Software and Solutions Development. Throughout the years, Musaifer played a substantial role in the strategic transformation of SAB IT. Musaifer has completed a number of executive training programs in management, leadership, and strategy offered by international centers and universities.  

Reema Amer Al Hamoud is an accomplished legal executive with extensive experience in banking, finance, digital transformation, and regulatory compliance. She currently serves as the Chief Legal Officer at SAB, where she leads the bank’s legal strategy.

Before joining SAB, Reema was the General Manager and Regional Legal Counsel for the Middle East and Africa at Apple, overseeing the company’s legal affairs across both regions. She has also held key positions at Clifford Chance, Standard Chartered DIFC, and Mubadala Investment Company, where she advised on high-profile transactions, investments, financial litigation and regulatory matters.

Earlier in her career, Reema held a role as Legal Advisor at Feltham Prison in London, where she provided legal support and guidance on various criminal cases within the UK justice system. She also held a position at Forum Chambers working on member state cases regarding EU implementation of banking regulations and directives.

Reema’s expertise spans project financing, financial regulation, digital transformation, and banking litigation, with a strong track record of advising leading financial and digital institutions on landmark transactions.

She holds an MA in International and Comparative Commercial Law from SOAS University of London, a Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL) from BPP University, and a Bachelor’s in Law and International Relations from Kingston University in London. She is qualified to practice law in Saudi Arabia and as a solicitor in England and Wales.

Sheikh Dr. Abdullah is a consultant of the Royal Diwan and is a member of the Senior Sharia Scholars Council and a member of the Permanent Committee for Research and Pronouncements (Iftaa).

Sheikh Dr. Abdullah holds a PhD from Imam Mohammed Bin Saud University, Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in 1404H. Sheikh Abdullah is a Professor of Shariah and was formerly Chairman of the University's Comparative Fiqh Department.

Sheikh Dr. Abdullah is a Shariah Committees member of many Islamic financial institutions and also a member of numerous of Shariah Councils such as AAOFI Shariah Committee (Bahrain).

Sheikh Dr. Abdullah has supervised a number of PhD theses and has participated in the discussion of a number of MA and PhD dissertations. He has compiled a number of Shariah rulings (interpretive opinion) and is an author of a number of books and researches on Islamic economy.

Mr. Assaf has over 30 years of experience in banking and global financial markets. He serves as a Senior Advisor at HSBC Group Plc and is a Senior Advisor at General Atlantic (Global), where he also holds the position of Chairman for the Middle East and North Africa Region. He also holds Board positions at BeyondNetZero, HSBC Middle East Holdings, Alfanar Charity Arm, and Property Finder International Ltd.

Mr. Assaf has previously served as Board Chairman of HSBC Middle East Ltd, and held Board Director positions at various HSBC entities worldwide, including HSBC Group Plc, HSBC Continental Europe, HSBC Asset Management Limited, HSBC Trinkhaus & Burkhardt AG, HSBC Egypt, and Global Financial Markets Association.

He holds a Bachelor of Finance from L'Institut d'Etudes Politiques in Paris, and Master’s Degrees in Economics from USJ in Lebanon and La Sorbonne University, Paris, France.

Mr. Gulliver has more than 40 years of experience in international banking, having led several companies. He currently sits on the Board of Saudi Aramco, Jardine Matheson Holdings Ltd. and Maggie’s cancer charity. His previous positions include Executive Director and Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of HSBC Holding plc, Chairman of the Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation (2011-2018) and other executive roles at HSBC group from 1980 to 2018, as well as Board Director of Hong Kong Airport Authority, where he completed four years of service before retiring on 31 May 2023.

He holds a Master’s Degree from Oxford University. 

Ms. Olayan has 38 years of experience in finance, banking, business management, and operating companies. She served as CEO of Olayan Financing Company for over three decades and is currently its Vice Chair, in addition to chairing the Board of Olayan Saudi Holding Company. She has been the Director of the Board of King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST), Alawwal Bank, Schlumberger, and of Ma’aden. Ms. Olayan also sits on the International Advisory Boards of Akbank, Allianz SE, McKinsey & Co. and Bank of America Merrill Lynch and is also a trustee of KAUST, MIT and the Asia Business Council. She is the Board Chair at Coca-Cola Bottling Company in Saudi Arabia.

Ms. Olayan holds a BSc from Cornell University, an MBA from Indiana University and an honorary PhD in Law from Trinity College. In 2004, Ms. Olayan became the first woman to join the Board of a Saudi publicly listed company when she was elected to the Board of Alawwal Bank, where she served as Deputy Chair.

Mr. Algwaiz has extensive qualifications and experience in banking operations, finance, credit, and general business management. He holds Board positions in Etihad Etisalat Co. (Mobily), Saudi Industrial Investments Co., Munajem Foods Co., and Agriculture & Livestock Investments Co (SALIC). He also chairs Blackrock (Saudi Arabia).

Previously, Mr. Algwaiz served as the Governor of the General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI), Board Director positions at Saudi Arabian Mining Co., National Company for Glass Industries (ZOUJAJ), National Industries Company (NIC), Banque Saudi Fransi, and Ajil Financial Services. Additionally, he has been Chairman of MasterCard International (Southwest Asia, ME, and Africa), Chairman of Royal Sun Alliance Insurance, Deputy CEO of Riyadh Bank, and Trading Division Head for Corporate Bank of Samba Financial Group.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from the University of Portland, USA, and he holds professional Citibank qualifications in Banking Operations, Corporate Finance and Credit.

Eng. Alomran is an experienced business and investment professional. He is a Board member of Yanal Finance Company, Tarabot Investment and Development Company, as well as the Tourism Development Fund. He is also the General Manager of Omran Mohammad Al-Omran and Partners Investment Company and the Saudi Orix Leasing Company.

Previously, he has served on the Board of Director of Al-Rajhi Company for Cooperative Insurance, Saudi Arabia Credit Suisse, Saudi Telecom Company, Saudi Arabia Railways, Riyadh Chamber of Commerce, Civil Aviation Authority, and The National Agricultural Development Co. (NADEC).

Eng. Alomran holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from King Saud University in Riyadh and a Master of Science in Construction Engineering and Management from the University of South California, USA. 

Mr. Almaraj has significant experience in the fields of digital banking, investment banking, and business management. He is the CEO of Ila Bank and holds memberships in committees at King Fahd Causeway Authority, Bahrain Car Parks Company "Amakin" and Bank ABC Jordan.

Previously, he has served as the COO of Ila Bank and Vice President for Group Strategy at Arab Banking Corporation, including various positions at the family office in Bahrain, Corporate Advisory in Perella Weinberg Partners, New York and Arab Financial Services in Bahrain.

Mr. Almaraj holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a major in Finance and Accounting from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, USA.

Mr. Cripps is the CEO and Managing Director of SAB, the leading international bank in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He also Chairs the ESG Saudi Banks Advisory Committee.

Before his current role, Tony Cripps was Chief Executive Officer of HSBC Singapore, the leading international bank in Singapore supporting retail, business, corporate and institutional banking customers through its network of local branches and offices.

Mr. Cripps has worked in banking for more than 30 years, with management roles in institutional banking, treasury, trading and sales businesses, transaction banking, information technology and operations. He was appointed to his current role in May 2021.

Mr. Powell has over 43 years of senior management experience in the banking sector, specializing in financial services and risk management.

He served in senior executive roles at National Westminster Bank PLC and the Royal Bank of Scotland PLC from 1998 to 2016 with his last role within that bank being the Chief Risk Officer for the Capital Resolution Division. He was a Board and Executive Committee Member of Alawwal Bank between June 2017 and 2019 and joined the Board of SAB in the middle of 2019.  He holds an ACIB qualification from the Chartered Institute of Bankers.

Mr. Jackson brings a wealth of experience in the financial sector, spanning over 41 countries. Currently, Mr. Jackson chairs Rift Valley Roses Ltd, and serves as the director for Hemingway’s Hospitality Ltd, Lima Labs Ltd, and Jackson Consultants Ltd.

Previously, he held leadership roles as the CEO for KPMG Gulf Holding covering Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Jordan, as well as partner positions for KPMG in Europe, East Africa, the UK, and Argentina. Additionally, he has served as the Trustee for the Youth Safety Awareness Initiative, the Director for the Mara Conservancy Ltd, and as a Member of the Saudi British Joint Business Council.

Mr. Jackson holds a Bachelor of Computer Science and Accountancy from Manchester University, UK, and is a Chartered Accountant (FCA).

Mr. Al-Faifi has over 35 years of experience in Accounting, Auditing, Governance, Risk, and Compliance in different sectors. He chairs the Board of Directors for Integrated Data Company for Information Technology (fusion) and the Saudi Anti-Fraud Association, and is a Board Member, Member of the Nomination & Remuneration and Audit Committees for Rabigh Refining and Petrochemical Co. (Petro Rabigh). He also serves on the Audit Committee for Abdulla Al-Othaim Markets, the National Centre for Non-Profit Sector, and Tanami Arabia Co. He also offers his expertise as an Independent Consultant focusing on Audit, Governance, Risk, and Compliance.

Previous roles include Board Memberships and Audit Committee positions in various Listed Companies and Governmental bodies, such as Nama Chemicals Company, Al Othaim Investment Company, the General Authority for Statistics, Eastern Health Cluster. He was also served as; Advisor to the Minister of Health on Audit and Compliance, Chair of the Audit Committee for the Saudi Institute of Internal Auditors, and Special Audits Manager & International Business Audit Manager for Saudi Aramco.

Mr. Al-Faifi holds a Bachelor of Accounting from King Abdulaziz University, KSA. He is a Certified Internal Auditor, Certified Fraud Examiner, and Certified Risk Management Assurance Professional.

Dr. Basoudan is an expert professional with over two decades of experience in accounting, auditing, and forensic accounting consultancy. Her background spans academia, regulatory bodies, and the financial sector, underscoring her expertise in corporate governance, compliance, and fraud prevention.

Currently, she serves as a Board Member of the Saudi Anti-Fraud Association, a Consultant at Saudi Organization for Chartered and Professional Accountants (SOCPA), and is a Member of the Fraud and Cyber Crimes Committee (a joint project between the Emirate of Madinah Province and Taibah University).

In academia, Dr. Basoudan is the Vice Dean of the College of Business Administration at Taibah University and serves on various advisory boards, including those at Taibah University, Taif University, and the University of Prince Mugrin bin Abdulaziz.

Her previous roles encompass positions as Vice Chair of the Audit Committee at Taibah University, Senior Accountant at Riyad Bank, and Accounting Trainer at the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation.

She holds a Ph.D. in Management-Accountancy (Fraud and Forensic Accounting) and Master's in Accountancy from Case Western Reserve University, USA, a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from King Saud University, and is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).

Dr. Alathel has over 10 years of experience in setting up and activating strategies at enterprise levels. With over two decades of experience in IT solutions development and management, coupled with expertise in facilitating decision-making processes at higher organizational levels, Dr. Alathel has held key roles at IBM such as Business Automation Practice Leader, Critical Accounts Executive, and IBM Technology Services Delivery Leader in Global IBM Software Services (Middle East and Africa), Data and AI Business Development Leader in Global IBM Software Services (Washington, DC, Saudi Arabia), and was the Strategy leader for IBM Saudi Arabia.

Currently, Dr. Alathel serves as the WW Client and Product Advocacy Director at IBM HQ, overseeing Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. In addition, she holds advisory positions at various institutions in Saudi Arabia, such as a Member of the Advisory Board of the College of Engineering and Architecture at Al-Yamamah University, the Technical Colleges for Girls for Technical and Vocational Training Corporation and is a Member of the Strategic Council for Emerging Technologies at Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University. She is also a Board Member of the Saudi Climbing and Hiking Federation and a founding partner of Masarat Club.

Dr. Alathel has a background and expertise in academia, having served as the Deputy Deanship of E-Transactions and Communications and as the Consultant in Deanship of E-Transactions at King Saud University, and served as an Assistant Professor in the College of Computer and Information Sciences for King Saud University.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Applications and a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from King Saud University, KSA, alongside a Ph.D. in Computer Science (Artificial Intelligence) from George Washington University, USA.
